Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Clickodome. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clickodome website located at clickodome.com ("Platform," "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). Clickodome is a free browser games entertainment platform that provides casual, skill-based games for recreational enjoyment. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Clickodome in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use Clickodome. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
Clickodome implements an age verification prompt upon first visit to the Platform. This verification uses browser localStorage to record your confirmation that you meet the age requirement. While this verification is based on self-declaration, providing false information about your age constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to instruct minors not to access Clickodome. If you believe that a minor has accessed our Platform, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate measures.
Platform Description
Clickodome is a free browser games entertainment platform that offers a curated collection of casual, skill-based games playable directly in your web browser. The Platform is designed for recreational entertainment purposes only. The following describes the nature and scope of the Platform:
Free Access. All games and features on Clickodome are provided at no cost. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers, in-app purchases, microtransactions, or any other form of monetization directed at users. The Platform is and will remain free to use.
Entertainment Only. Clickodome is strictly an entertainment platform. The games do not involve financial transactions, prizes with real-world value, or any form of wagering. All points, scores, streaks, and other in-game metrics are purely virtual and exist solely for entertainment and personal tracking purposes. Virtual points and scores hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything of value.
No Accounts Required. Clickodome does not require users to create accounts, provide personal information, or undergo any registration process. The Platform is designed for immediate, anonymous access. Game progress and preferences are stored locally in your browser using the localStorage API and are never transmitted to our servers.
Browser-Based. All games on Clickodome run entirely within your web browser using standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). No downloads, plugins, or installations of any kind are required. The Platform is compatible with all modern web browsers and devices.
User Conduct
By using Clickodome, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Unauthorized Access. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, systems, or networks connected to the Platform. This includes, without limitation, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated system or network.
Interference. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or networks connected to the Platform. This includes, without limitation, transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.
Automated Access. You shall not use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies, to access, collect data from, or interact with the Platform without our express written permission. Automated score manipulation or game exploitation through scripts or similar tools is strictly prohibited.
Misrepresentation. You shall not misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or entity. You shall not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity.
Reverse Engineering. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Platform, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
Unlawful Use. You shall not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, and materials available on or through Clickodome — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game mechanics, visual designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — are the exclusive property of Clickodome or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Clickodome name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Clickodome. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify or copy the materials; (b) use the materials for any commercial purpose; (c) attempt to extract the source code of any software comprising the Platform; (d) transfer the materials to another person; or (e) "mirror" or frame any materials on any other server or internet-based device.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Clickodome at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Clickodome, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations.
Entertainment Disclaimer. Clickodome is a free entertainment platform. All games, scores, points, and related features are provided purely for recreational enjoyment. Nothing on this Platform constitutes or should be construed as financial advice, an offer of financial services, or any form of commercial gambling activity. All virtual metrics (points, scores, streaks, records) are entirely fictional, hold no monetary value, and cannot be converted into or exchanged for real-world currency, goods, or services.
No Professional Advice. The content on the Platform is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLICKODOME, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE PLATFORM;
(b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM;
(c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM;
(d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
(e) LOSS OF DATA STORED IN YOUR BROWSER'S LOCALSTORAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY BROWSER UPDATES, CACHE CLEARING, DEVICE CHANGES, OR ANY OTHER REASON;
(f) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM;
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Since Clickodome is a free entertainment platform with no financial transactions, the maximum aggregate liability of Clickodome to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of zero Canadian dollars (CAD $0.00). You acknowledge that this limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk and is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Clickodome.
Modifications to the Platform
Clickodome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including the availability of any feature, game, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.
This includes, without limitation, the right to: (a) add, remove, or modify games available on the Platform; (b) change game mechanics, scoring systems, or visual designs; (c) alter or remove any content on the Platform; (d) implement, modify, or remove any features or functionality; and (e) impose usage limitations or access restrictions.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform or any part thereof. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Since all user data is stored locally in your browser and the Platform is provided free of charge, modifications carry no financial impact to users.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws in effect in the province where Clickodome operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in all such suits, actions, or proceedings. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Clickodome to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Clickodome on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clickodome concerning the use of the Platform.
